Fair attribution, not first-to-type-a-name.

Every claim is scored from real inputs — proven history, proximity to the actual decision-maker, evidence quality, and submission timing — weighted so speed alone can never win: time carries the lightest weight of the four. An origin-type ceiling backs that up structurally — a claim grounded only in public knowledge cannot score above 18/100, no matter how fast or well-evidenced it looks otherwise.

“A recognized claim is a contractual participation right in what the introduction produces — never ownership of the counterparty, and never ownership of a person. Public knowledge of a name creates no claim on it. Only real, evidenced relationship value does.”
